Work Text:
Oh.
Oh dear. I can’t–I mustn’t! I’m an angel. Angels don’t do this. Not once, not ever.
(It’s so hard to think with his hands, his hands, on my skin, on me. Is the room spinning?)
Angels don’t–but angels also don’t eat human food. Or imbibe alcohol. I’ve done those things. Is this really so different?
It’s not as though anyone cares anymore.
It’s hot in here, my skin is burning. Slow down, darling. Let me breathe. Let me–let me feel everything. Muscles relaxing, arms gently moving around me. Soft and safe and protected. That’s very nice.
Mouths are so lovely. They can do so much. Yours is soft and warm on my skin, with just a little nip of teeth to make me gasp and giggle. You’re moving again, touching me all over with that soft mouth and smooth, clever tongue. I’m so sensitive all over, any touch at all is enough to send me moaning. I can’t believe how this feels: warm and wet and gentle, moving over my skin, how it feels, how–it feels!
/OH!/
The tawdry novels do not do this experience justice. Are you moaning or am I? I can’t think. My thighs are tense and wrapped around you. I can’t think, I can only feel. I haven’t felt like this since Before. Before Everything. Before the end and the beginning.
I was so alone for so long. But I knew you were out there, looking for me. And here I am. Here we both are.
(I was so lonely for so long.)
Oh, oh darling, slow down. I don’t want to–not yet. Come up here and kiss me. Touch me. Like this. Yes, yes, your clever hands, your lovely eyes watching me and smiling as I gasp.
I want to touch you, press myself against you, holding you forever like this.Your skin is fire-hot, and I can feel patches of scales forming under my hands. If I dig my nails in just so, you make the loveliest noises. I can feel your wings shifting under your skin, aching to come out.
I cannot believe you’re finally mine. I can’t believe this is happening. I’ve dreamed of scenes like this, and they all fall short to this lovely reality.
It’s all right, darling. I can feel how close you are, and how you moan when I move my hand faster. Come here. Let me. Let me.
Oh. Oh yes!
/YES/
Stars exploding, red into black into white. Molten fire racing through me, I can’t–can’t stop–oh
Oh, darling.
Are these tears mine or yours?
Hush, be still. It’s only us here. Why should you be embarrassed? I know you, as you know me. Come here. Hold me. The shower can wait. Let me love you quietly, peacefully. Just for a moment. Be still. Be with me. Just be.
Darling, you’re shaking.
I’m here. You’re safe. We’re safe here. I’ve got you.
I’ve got you.
