Enji Todoroki was having a well enough day, if you were to ask him. The day was a little busy considering, he was talking to press right now. The flashing of camera lights everywhere and the mics as close as they could get to him.
The number one hero not too far away also talking to the press, not a least bit uncomfortable with all the questions being shooting at him with the way he was smiling and laughing, like he wasn't talking with group of vultures after every bit of information they could get.
He himself doing just fine ignoring what he didn't wanted to talk about and replying with nods and grunts if he gets the chance to not open his mouth. What he was not expecting was happened next.
He didn't even notice when the Number One Hero got next to him and was looking at him expectantly. Enji looks at him confused. The people around them quiets down holding their breath.
What is going on?
Until the flaming hero looks down at the fist that the number one hero is holding out. Enji might not be the most socially inept person out there, but he knows All Might is asking for a fist bump.
Right?
No-one around them is talking now and there's no noise around, except for a few deep breathes and gulping sounds. But just because he knows what All Might is asking for, doesn't mean he will give in. Well at least not right away.
Should I leave him be? What is he expecting ?
Staring at his fist Enji looks up from it to the Number One Hero's face. He has to squint at the smile a little. Because that does even make sense aren't I the glowy one with the fire and all. But he sees the cameras and the press around and he doesn’t want to be the person who left the Symbol of Peace hanging in front of the whole Japan.
So he raises his hand to fist bump the Symbol of Peace. But just as his fist is about to touch the other person's fist, All Might opens his hand does the last thing that is on anyone’s mind. He opens his hand right before it was supposed to touch All Might's fist.
When his hand touches the palm of the Symbol of Peace's hand, he says "TURKEY!!"
All Might has the largest smile Enji has seen on his face and starts laughing, hard.
The press surrounding them sucks a breath in gasping, some trying not to laugh, some just looking at Endeavor waiting for his reaction.
Enji doesn't know how to feel but he doesn't have to think for too long because he notices that his body temperature is starting to rise, he feels mortified. But what is better than feeling embarrassed is being angry at someone else (according to him) so goes with that.
"WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN?!! "TURKEY?!!""
By the the time the Symbol of Peace stop laughing and looks at Endeavor it looks like his fire is trying to reach the sky. If looks could kill All Might would have been ashs right now. All Might takes one look at Endeavor and starts laughing again.
"WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING AGAIN??!!" if Endeavor couldn't breathe fire before he's going to start right this moment just to brun All Might to a crisp.
"It was a joke! It's funny!" Still laughing
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN "IT'S FUNNY?!!""
The people are just looking at Endeavor and then at All Might and then back again like a tennis match. No idea what to do.

During the sports festival All Might has told that he hasn't talked with Endeavor in ten years and this video is from ten years ago. It might not be the same press conference but it still is a kind of video that Todoroki would appreciate. Now the question is should he worry about the consequences....
Yeah, that's a no.
I'm going to show it to Todoroki.

Then a week later, Izuku gets a video from Todoroki offering Endeavor a fist bump, at first he looks suspiciously at Todoroki because that's not something he would unusually do. But Izuku doesn’t think Endeavor remembers the turkey incident from ten years ago.
When Endeavor trys to fist bump Todoroki he opens his palm and just like All Might, he screams "Turkey." But a lot flater then All-Might would have. And Izuku doesn’t think he has ever seen someone so horrified at hearing the word turkey let alone Endeavor. Or someone look so evil with so little emotion as Todoroki.
Then the camera starts shaking whoever was holding the phone was barely staying still to still record. And Endeavor than looks at the camera somehow even more horrified. His face gets so red but there is no sign of his quirk activating.
--then the video cuts off--
Izuku doesn’t even wait a second and sends the video to Aizawa-sensei and All Might. Well, if he hadn't Todoroki would have anyway.
Izuku thinks Todoroki should sell the video to some Hero News Channel with the title of 'Endeavor forever traumatised of fist bumps' or 'Endeavor even betrayed by his own son'.
Or maybe both.
But he gets up to go to kacchan's room so he can show him both videos.
