Chapter Text
The restaurant was fairly empty. Clint tapped lightly at the wood bar stand counter. Bartender's uniform in a black button-up constantly shifts them both a glance his way. Slowly starts to lose his sanity. He already been here for hour an and feels no progress but she makes it a little easier.
"I consider myself entrepreneur...", Clint smiles as the lovely lady picked up her orange fill wine gland ass her ruby red lipstick.
He and red sit right across from each other. She brushes her curly to the right ear. Dressed in tight black cocktail pair with maroon-red bottom heels unlike his purple tee and blue jeans combat boot combo. She did not seem to mind jogging. her constant nodding and multitasking ability. Switch from tapping on her digital tablet to striking another question his way.
That's what he likes about her. Natasha never judges him are questions his perfectly legal motive. That is why he is positive he will fail the job interview. His partner is too soft on him..why can't he just apply to another department. He would never understand it.
Something about being close. If he had not lost the job for lucid benefits he wouldn't be in this mess. Illegal job for a criminal he considers himself.
Clint flinches at red ombre nails gliding over his hand. The bartender moves further away the small scent of raspberry fills the air. An alpha staking her claim. One thing alphas do when feeling their territory threaten. A threat.
A hindrance to him. He fought the urge to not challenge it. Kept secrets that been increasing hard to keep up.
"Hey you", Natasha stated, bringing his attention to her beautiful eyes he fell in love with at first sight.
"What it is?", Clint muffled, shifting to the empty wine glass.
He should have paid attention. Natasha brushes over his knuckles encasing them close to her lips.
"Be safe. You can have a hard time just like any other alpha or beta.", Natasha whispered.
Good thing he is not omega
