“Father, there is someone I would like you to meet.” Adrien was beaming up at his dad. The recently 15 year old was practically bouncing on his toes. “This is my girlfriend Marrinette.”
His girlfriend was also smiling but distinctly down at Gabriel. Seeing as she was a good few inches taller than the fashion designer. Adrien was a cool 5 '7 but Marrinette had to be at least 7 foot.
“Monsieur Agreste, it's an honor to actually meet you in person. I’ve been a fan of your work for so long.” Marinette said cheerily. “My mother insisted I bring these as well.”
She was offering a box, whatever it was smelled heavenly, he vaguely remembers Adrien mentioning her family running a bakery.
“Thank you Ms. Dupain-Cheng.” He took the box after mentally rebooting himself. He distantly could feel Nathalie's amusement through his miraculous. She was next to him, laughing on the inside where only he could hear. “It is wonderful to meet you in person.”
“I’m glad you two finally got to meet.” Adrien said looking ecstatic that this interaction hadn’t gone the same as when his father met Nino. Suddenly remembering why Marrinette was here, he checked his watch “Oops, we gotta go. I’ll see you later Father, goodbye Nathalie!”
“Pleasure to meet you both.” Marinette said as Adrien dragged her out to where his driver was waiting.
Oh for Kwmai’s sake, what was he going to do? First Ladybug and the Mouse, now his son's girlfriend. Why were there so many damn tall teenagers in paris.

“It's completely unacceptable that Adrien is dating a baker girl.” Gabriel was pacing around his office. “After all, he had such a wonderful relationship with Kagami Tsurugi. Why couldn’t that have just worked out.”
Nathalie sighed. “You can’t control who Adrien has feelings for.”
“No, but I can control who he actively dates. We have to find a way to break them up.” Gabriel resumed pacing.
“We?” Nathalie raised an eyebrow. “I have no reason to see them broken up.”
“Nathalie, you have to help me.” He finally broke and fell to his knees. “He can’t keep dating her. I need your help to break them up.”
“Would this have anything to do with the fact she is both incredibly tall and looks like she could throw both of us through a wall?” She finally said what they were both thinking. “Because if you're scared of a teenager- you the Super Villain of Paris- then that is rather pathetic sir.”
“I am not pathetic, you're scared of fighting Ladybug. She’s just as tall and probably doubly strong with her miraculous.” He pointed an accusatory finger at her.
Nathalie rolled her eyes. “I’m scared of her, but she’s actively against us. I doubt Adriens girlfriend is going to try and beat us up. Unless we give her a reason.”
Gabriel abruptly got to his feet. “What kind of reason?”
“Making her and Adrien break up seems like the most obvious one. Forcefully removing him from school. Banning him from his friends. Not giving him free time.” The villainess ticked the points off on her fingers. “To name a few.”
“Oh gosh. I'm going to die, aren't I?”
“She’d have to get through me first sir.”
“Will you stop calling me sir. We’ve been dating for 3 months, it feels weird.”
