A new group of researchers who have come to learn about what they’ve been hearing about the fabled mycelium queen, mother spore.

Mycelium can only grow and expand so much, it feeds off of decay and the living. But what happens when it eventually is surrounded by material it cannot spread upon? What happens when someone decides to take the risk of taking mycelium out with sculk?
