Remus’ pov:
“James, explain to me again what you’re doing” I asked, James was currently hanging off his bed from his bed post
“I’m trying to put the curtains back on properly, but I couldn’t do it before, so I hung myself upside down to try and fix it” he explained “You’re aware that all the blood is currently rushing to your head, also, your food is going to come back up in a minute, or you’ll fall off” I told him
He shrugged. I rolled my eyes at his antics. I continued to read my book when I heard a crash. I looked up and saw James on the floor “Ok, I’m sorry, but I did warn you” I laughed
“Yeah, yeah, just help me up” he whined. I slowly got up and pulled him up
“Thank you” he said “You might wanna go down to the hospital wing, you might have a concussion” I told him, he shrugged “If I do, I do”
I was about to say something when Sirius came in, “Rem” he whined
“Yeah” I turned around “Hug” he said, dragging me to his bed. We both laid down on his bed, and he laid his head on my chest “What’s up?” I asked him
“Nothing, I’m just feeling clingy” he admitted “Ok” I shrugged
We both sat there a while, just cuddling. Sirius was tracing pictures on my palm, occasionally kissing it “You tired darlin?” I asked him “Mmm” he hummed
“Do you wanna go to sleep?” I asked him “Mmm” he hummed again
I laid there, thinking on what to do, “Hey, can you get off me a sec?” I asked him, he hesitantly nodded and got off me “Why?” he asked
“Meet me in the astronomy tower in 20 minutes” I told him, leaving the room and heading down to the kitchens
Sirius’ pov:
Remus left the room and shut the door. I looked at James, who was laying down on his bed “Don’t ask me, I don’t know, all I know is that I fell off my bed post and I think I have a concussion” James told me
“Ok, before I meet him in the astronomy tower, I’m taking you down to the hospital wing and getting Evens on the way” I told him, helping him up
When we were in the common room, I saw Evens and Marlene in the common room “Evens, your boyfriend here has a concussion, can you please take him down to the hospital wing and then talk some sense into him” I asked her, she quickly got up and nodded
They both left the common room, and sat down next to Marlene “Hey” she said
“Hi” I replied. “Were did Remus go by the way, he came by and grabbed some things before leaving” she explained
“Shit, I was meant to go up and meet him 5 minutes ago, bye” I said running out the common room, hearing her laugh slightly on the way out.
I made it to the Astronomy tower in record time and saw Remus in there, with a blanket and some food up there. I bent over panting, he came over and rubbed my back “You ok? Did you just run here from the common room, that’s halfway across the school and up a whole load of stairs?” he explained
“No shit sherlock” I managed to get outI heard him laugh slightly. “Come sit down and relax” he told me. We both sat down on the blanket, when he draped another blanket over the both of us, “We can’t stay to late, but I got some food, firewhiskey and we have about 8 hours until the sun comes up” he told me
I felt a smile grow on my face “Let’s cuddle and have this little mini picnic” he told me, I eagerly nodded and leaned into him. We spent the rest of the night together, until we eventually made it back to the common room, seeing Lily lecture James, we both laughed slightly and went up to bed
