Chapter Text

Stiles knew he was in trouble, no sane person wouldn't. Finding Lydia covered in her own blood like that, the piercing red eyes of Peter Hale huddled over her had been when he knew it.

But he'd never expected his night to end like this.

After locating Derek as promised, Peter had given the young man two options; to be given the bite, or remain human.

Which brought us to this moment.

"No." Stiles gulps, slightly backing away from the man standing in front of him. "No?" The oldest living Hale growled, eyes red and teeth bared. "You're only alternative here is to die, you do know this right?" Peter asked, standing tall and intimidating.

"I'd rather die human than follow a monster like you." Stiles claimed, eyes darting around to locate the nearest escape.

"It seems to me, you don't understand." Peter growled, form half shifting into that of a wolf. "I need a pack, with Scott and Derek, there's three of us. If that Lydia girl changes, there will be four, but I need a back up, she didn't seem to be taking too well to that bite last I saw. And that. Leaves. You." Peter finishes, teeth bared and eyes glowing red.

"Crap..." was all Stiles had time to whisper before the alpha before him lunged.

Allison was still radiating anger at her parents for keeping such an important secret from her. "Allison, sweetheart, you know why your parents kept this from you..." Kate started, eyes leaving the road for only a second to take a look at her niece. "They don't trust that you could handle the truth about us, didn't trust that you could put down that beast you called your boyfriend." "Of course I'd be able to kill Scott!" She argued, eyes landing on the lady she called her aunt.

"You don't understand Allison! He wormed his way in for a reason, that boy knows you won't hurt him now! Kate yelled, fury obvious in her tone. "It's all those monsters know. To lie, hunt, and kill." Kate's hands tightened around the steering wheel as she spoke.

Allison huffed and crossed her arms, proceeding to look out the car window, eyes widening as she spotted a familiar figure. "Kate... Kate stop the car!" She cried, Kate looks over to the teen beside her in confusion. "What- no! Your dad ordered me to get you to a safe place-" Allison turned her head fast enough, it's a miracle she didn't have whiplash. "Kate stop the car NOW!" She cried again, her aunt cursing silently under her breath before doing as told.

Stiles had limped his way out of the parking garage, gritting his teeth together and forcing himself to not cry out in pain. His suit was ruined, covered in a variety of cuts and a deep gash or two.

The wound he worried about most however, had been the giant bite mark that Peter Hale had left on his back. Slowly limping out towards the street and bracing himself on the walls. He had to get to Scott, before the bite either took hold, or killed him. Just as his legs gave out, a steady hand. "Stiles, what happened?"

"Allison?" He slurred, face twisting in pain as he looked up. "M'sorry..." he mumbles, loosing his footing. "Sorry for what Stiles?" Allison asked, eyes scanning over his wounds. "Couldn't stop him... the Alpha got me..." he mumbles, soon after his legs give out and his vision gets drowned in black.

"Stiles?" He hears distantly, his name being called with more urgency as his hearing gives out as well.

Stiles groans as he comes to, head swimming in pain wincing as he began sitting up, once he was sure he wasn't dying from a hangover, upon opening his eyes, Stiles yelps at the sight that greets him, a glowing pair of blue eyes, belonging to a kid seemingly his age, were glaring at him, fangs bared and claws out.

"Who are you?" This stranger growls, in a tone Stiles can't quite tell why it feels familiar. "This territory belongs to my family." The strangers eyes seemingly glowed brighter. "Whatever pack you came here with needs to turn back now."

Stiles' eyes widen in fear, starting to look around, his features shift to those of confusion once his eyes land on the house in front of him.

Behind this stranger, stood the property of Derek Hale, lacking in fire damage, and too filled with an entire pack on the front porch.
