Chapter Text
They say that Justice is blind. They say that Justice comes in death. They say that Justice is a child, they say that Justice is kind.
When Tommy died it hurt, it hurt so much more than it should have. It shouldn’t have hurt like that, but his mother’s voice guided him through it, whispered into his mind comfort.
When his eyes opened back in the Beyond, a place he had not been in so long, he was a teenager again, the same age he got his wings.
His Mum was waiting, as big as always, he was tiny in comparison, and next to her was Exdee. The bastard still looked too much like Tommy for his liking.
“As expected he made the transition quite well,” Exdee said.
“Of course I did, I’m me after all,” Tommy said, he felt himself fall back into his regular mannerisms.
“Of course- now, you will be known to mortals as Justice, I am Death of course, and you already know Chaos,” Mum said. Tommy nodded. Chaos, that fuckin- well that made sense. Chaos would fuckin make a big deal over personal agency wouldnt they.
“So- I’m like- a fucking god now then?” Tommy asked. He barely remembered.
“Yes, and well, we should get to work starting to teach you your duties- Chaos asked to be here, he’s… fond of you,” Mum said, her eyes moved over to Exdee suspiciously. So they didnt like eachother- that made sense Tommy thought, Exdee was all locked up in her afterlife she probably had a reason to not free him herself.
Time longer than a mortal mind could comprehend passed with Tommy learning to help Death. He was known as she had said he would be, Justice. He guided people to his mother, he talked to them and prepared them to meet her, and then she sent them where they belonged.
Tommy noticed after a while some of the spaces in the Beyond would vanish.
“Souls are cylical, once they’ve received their punishments and their rewards they’re born again, well, except for the exceptions of course,” Death said when Tommy asked her about it.
“Will Dream-”
“No. He is an exception,” Death interupted. “Your father is an exception as well but in a different way, he’ll be pulled from the cycle when he finally dies a bit like you were, he’ll stay by my side.”
“So… so my friends are going to leave again then, go back to doing that living thing and forget me?” Tommy asked.
“I’m afraid they will forget, but with your brothers at least your father will… corral them again, he always does, I’m sure you will be able to hang out with them still,” Death said.
Time passed again. A long time passed.
Wilbur and Techno were reborn.
Ranboo and Tubbo were reborn.
Tommy stepped into the land of the living again for the first time in a while.

Tommy wasnt used to not seeing anymore, he could see in the Beyond and the In Between, right unfair that even with his new godhood he still couldnt see. Been too engraved on his soul and shit or something.
Tommy stretched his wings as he walked, getting used the physical body. He had popped himself into the L’Manburg park, a wildlife fuckin thing made from the crater where L’Manburg once was.
Hm. It would be easier if he manifested a magpie. Tommy reached out a hand and pulled one of his birds from the In Between.
“Which way are the steps?” Tommy asked the bird, praying he grabbed a helpful one. The others were still there in the back of his mind but he’d always been able to moderately deal with them and time only made him better at it.
“The direction of your mom’s house! Gottem!” The magpie responded. Tommy sighed as the bird took off from his hand to go cause chaos. Why did his mother’s gift have to come with fucking birds?
Tommy felt around with his feet for a bit and found a cobble path, ahah. He didnt need any damn birds, he was a big independant big ass man who could find his way on his own!
The other magpies reminded him he could try summoning more of them, but he decided no. He would not.
Tommy wandered along the path, hypothetically he knew it had to lead to the steps.
“Tommy? Mate what in the fuck are you wearing?” Phil asked.
“I would love to fucking tell you Philza Minecraft, the most man of men, but I do not have a single clue. I am still fucking blind,” Tommy said. Philza’s voice was coming from above, and as he focused Tommy could hear wood creaking as Phil supposably probably walked down the steps into the park. “Did you bring the Twins?”
“They’re at school, we’ll meet them at home- and seriously Tommy you look straight out of a myth in that,” Phil said.
“I did not choose these clothes you dont get to judge me,” Tommy retorted.
“Alright, lets try and beat the twins home, I have some clothes your size at the house,” Phil said as Tommy heard his footsteps reach him and he grabbed his arm to lead him.
“So what are we telling the twins about who I am?” TOmmy asked as they began their way up the steps.
“An old friend,” Phil said.
“Oh fucking come on Phil, I may be pretty old myself but I look like I’m fucking 16. How old of a friend could I be?” Tommy said, seriously Phil? “I cant be a nephew without arousing suspicion because you never mentioned siblings I imagine- I’m thinking-- illegitimate child! You had an encounter with a Woman before you adopted the twins and she never told you about your secret son, me, until she suddenly dumped me on you today.”
“That’s not believable at all-” Phil began.
“More belivavble than some 16 year old being your old friend,” TOmmy retorted.
“They already know I dont age- you can just be the same way,” Phil said.
“Oooh you bitch you told them?!” Tommy demanded.
“No- not everything! Just that I dont age and die! Techno was very concerned about me dying of old age when he was younger-” Phil said.
“Yeah because you’re old as fuck, bitch! And you do die, Mum told me you fuckin do! Just no one’s stabed you good enough yet,” Tommy said.
“You’re getting old yourself mate-” Phil said.
“Not as old as you, and I died which gives me even more right to say I am not old because you are so old without dying, bitch,” Tommy said, “I will tell your children whatever I please about who I am. I will now be your father, checkmate, bitch.”
“You cant be my father-” Phil said.
“Fine, your brother then, I’ll be your younger brother, what I surprise that I was born, and you really should call your mother more you didnt even know about me,” Tommy said.
“Lets go back to the illegitimate son plan,” Phil said.
“Ohhh now you like the illegitimate son plan,” Tommy said.
“We can basically tell the truth- that you’re my son and I hadnt seen your mother in years,” Phil said.
“Fine fine, that is so much more boring than me being your father though,” Tommy said.
“It’s not about boring, I dont want to twins all wrapped up in this if they dont have to be,” Phil said.
“They were plenty wrapped up in it before they were ‘the twins’ though,” Tommy said.
“Yeah, back when you needed saving,” Phil said.
“The past isnt a concern, I only look forwards, to the future,” Tommy said.
They reached the top of the stairs and began down what felt to Tommy like a stone street. He could hear his Magpie nearby screaming at someone about doing their mother.
“Is that yours or mine?” Phil asked, clearly having heard the bird as well.
“It’s mine. Leave it. I hope it gets cooked,” Tommy said.
The magpie gasped angrily, then Tommy heard the flapping of wings and then it landed on Tommy’s soldier and set to screaming at him.
“I will send you back to Mum, you don’t want that do you?” Tommy threatened the bird. That shut the fucker up.
“I never got how you were so much better at managing your flock,” Phil complained.
“You’re just too much of a bitch boy, your birds dont
respect
you like mine do,” Tommy said, “Besides, I’m much more powerful than you, so big, so strong.”
“Yeah- sure mate-”
They came to a stop, and tommy heard keys as Phil let go of his arm. They were to the house alread, then. The sound of the door opening and-
“Dad- who’s that?”
