Dabi paced back and forth threw his bedroom. He couldn't believe someone somehow had breached the security of the prison's cells. Well, he'd done it once as well he smiled remembering his father's shocked face. Dabi was a strong demon though so either Hawks had escaped on his own which wasn't very likely or someone had broke him out. His feathers were good on live things not metal. Dabi guessed Hawks had been busted out by someone. Dabi would have to figure it out as one loose prisoner could mean more. Some of them were particularly nasty. Dabi would agree with Enji for once and leave them locked up.
Dabi decided he needed it clear his mind what better way than visit his boyfriend? Dabi had heard that he'd been upset so he'd gone to comfort him. Shigaraki's mode ended up brightening much to the demon's happiness. Shigaraki had eventually got the motivation after gentle coaxing from Kurogiri. The teen after a few months of working decided that he wanted to be a video game creator. Dabi had cheered him on knowing that it would be a good career for him. He'd seen Shigaraki's works on his computer they were quite impressive for never taking a class for it.
So, Shigaraki had joined a local college so that he'd be close to home. Kurogiri was happy about the shorter distance than if he went somewhere far away. Dabi sighed he was currently sitting on his throne bored out of his mind. Some higher up official was giving him weekly news about the amount of grain they had or something. The demon king wasn't paying attention even if he should be. Sure don't get him wrong he loved being king but not this part of it.
"What's up, Touya?" Natsuo asked as he walked into the throne room. Dabi groaned, "Boring stuff as usual. Need something?" He asked. Natsuo smiled shaking his head, "I'm glad you let us stay in the castle even if dad you know..." Natsuo said he cut himself off but Dabi got what he was implying. "Fuyumi still upset about that?" Dabi asked curiously. "Yeah, she is Fuyumi isn't thinking highly of you right now." Natsuo explained Dabi snickered amused.
"Don't worry Natsuo doesn't bother me to much. I was never her favorite brother." Dabi said he really didn't care what his family thought of him excluding Natsuo. Dabi was really close with his brother at a young age. They both had a hatred for their father and Natsuo helped comfort him when he was sad. Dabi motioned the younger Todoroki towards him with a finger. "What?" Natsuo asked confused.
Dabi grinned mischievously as he ruffled the other demon's hair fondly. Natsuo swatted his hand away, "Not cool, Touya!" Natsuo said annoyed. "What got a girlfriend you need to impress?" Dabi asked the color that came to Natsuo's face amused him. "No, what made you think that?!" Natsuo asked he looked embarrassed. Dabi was betting on he had a secret girlfriend. Well, not so secret with how he was always on the phone with someone. "Your always on you're phone Natsuo it's obvious." Dabi said Natsuo glared at the demon.
"Oh, don't act like we don't know about your boyfriend." Natsuo said teasingly. Dabi felt his cheeks turn red, "Fair enough now shut up." He mumbled embarrassed. Natsuo proceed to tease his brother for the next several minutes. Dabi had enough teleporting him out of the room. The demon sighed his face was still red from Natsuo's several comments about Shigaraki. Dabi decided that it was time to go visit his boyfriend. I'd been two weeks since he'd seen him after all.
Dabi teleported Natsuo back the younger Todoroki fell to the floor with a yelp. Dabi might have purposely put the portal on the ceiling. "Hey, I got stuff to do will ya listen to the news from one of the higher ups?" Dabi asked his brother who nodded. "Sure anything for the king!" Natsuo said he did a mock bow. Dabi rolled his eyes he was more amused than annoyed. "Good bye then!" Dabi said he put the crown on Natsuo's head. He couldn't take it with him so might as well make Natsuo look the part of king.
The demon hurriedly teleported away before his brother could stop him. "This should be easy." Natsuo said confidently as he sat down on Dabi's throne. The higher up began to explain about the current grain situation. Natsuo felt himself get bored fast. "Damn it Touya you will not trick me again!" Natsuo shouted to himself as he walked down the hallway to his room. He'd been kept there for multiple hours bored out of his mind. Natsuo guessed being king wasn't as much as it was cracked up to be.
Dabi teleported into Shigaraki's room startling the man. Shigaraki accidently made a mark on his homework by moving the pencil as Dabi had scared him. Shigaraki gave the demon a unamused look to show his displeasure at the surprise entrance. "I gave you a phone, ass." Shigaraki said annoyed Dabi chuckled. "Aww, but that's not fun, creep." Dabi said amused. Shigaraki shook his head as he erased the line.
"Be glad I love you." Shigaraki said he put his paper in his textbook to do later. "Love you to, babe." Dabi said Shigaraki blushed at the nickname. "Screw you." Shigaraki said he realized his mistake a second to late. "Do it then coward." Dabi said Shigaraki's face heated up more. "Shutup you perverted fuck!" Shigaraki yelled he hoped his neighbor hadn't heard him. The man lived in a dorm by himself since he preferred being alone. Also, being able to sneak in his demon boyfriend at anytime was a plus. He still had neighbors that didn't need to hear this conversation.
Dabi laughed as Shigaraki grabbed a pillow from his bed. The blue haired male hit Dabi with the pillow several times untill the demon caught it. Dabi threw the pillow he suddenly turned serious. "Got to tell you something important." Dabi said he threw the pillow back on Shigaraki's bed. "What?" Shigaraki asked confused. What was so important Dabi was serious around him for once? Dabi sighed, "Hawks has escaped with the help of someone else."
