“Little Moth..” Thomas looked up from his journal and over to you, his eyebrows slightly pulled together in a puzzled expression.
You popped your remaining earbud out to answer and looked over briefly before going back to your previous chore of putting clothes away, “Yeah? You okay?”
“I’m curious,” The insectoid marked his page and pushed his journal to the side, standing up to his full height, “About your kind that is.”
“Uh alright. What d’ya wanna kno-!” You tense as the side of your face lightly collided with Thomas’s front, now realizing your mate was much closer than the last time you looked.
“I’ve seen many like you, out in town and such. But their sizes vary so wildly from specimen to specimen.”
You snorted a laugh and sunk back into his chest, giving up on your chore for the time being. “That’s normal hon, we don’t exactly come in a uniform size.”
“Hmm.” Thomas hummed an acknowledgment as he wrapped his more human-like arms around your waist and rested his chin atop your head.
After a few peaceful moments of your insectoid leeching your body heat, not that you minded, of course, you felt his hands begin to move across your abdomen. “Thomas?”
“I’ve seen some of your species closer to my size, but you Little Moth,” The taller slid his large hands across to your sides, noticing how his hand fit perfectly in the space between your ribs and hip bone as well as how his entire forearm reached all the way across your body. “You’re a bit different.”
“H-hey!” You protested weakly, not wanting to admit to enjoying the touches but not wanting them to stop either.
“So small..” Thomas whispered against his ear, so close that you could nearly feel the points of his fangs graze against you.
“Hm, interesting indeed.” Then he stopped altogether, pulling his hands away and walking back to his seat. Leaving a very flustered human behind.
Your eyes shot open, questioning why you were no longer being held. Grabbing Thomas’s wrist before he could make it any further and pulling him back. “Where are you going? Oh no, you don’t bug boy, get back here!”
