Summary:

'“He said WHAT?” Namjoon growled out, unable to believe his ears as he glared daggers at his chief advisor. “So you have come to me with the news that the omega queen of an insignificant pin sized land like Thera dared to deny my generous offer?'

Namjin ABO Royalty AU where Alpha Emperor Kim Namjoon of Samar decides to take over the small kingdom of Thera after its former king died of illness, leaving behind an heirless kingdom and a widowed omega. It was an easy win right?

However, he was not expecting for Thera's omega queen Seokjin to refuse his offers and wage war on him instead.

A War of hearts ensues.

Chapter 1: Introduction and World Building

Introduction:

This is a fantasy-royal fictional world with a Victorian settings and themes.

Alphas, betas and omegas exist in this AU, although Alpha and omega are the most common sexes. Omegas are fertile and can be impregnated by alphas and male betas. Omegas are usually submissive, protected and kept at home safely while Alphas do the dirty work. This does not mean the omegas are inferior in any way, they are all treated equally. Royal Omegas wear gowns and corsets and other feminine clothing while Alphas usually wear armor over their tops and trousers.

 

Titles:

Queen, princess, duchess, etc. are Omegan titles.

King, Prince, duke, etc. are Alpha titles.

Before you proceed, remember that this fic may have dark themes and morally grey characters. Namjoon is an emperor, don't expect me to make him a sweet, innocent guy. No-one really is an innocent person in this fic. Lastly, you may or may not disagree with a few things but please respect that this is my work.

I had this idea in my head for a long while, I'm so happy to be finally able to publish it :)
