Work Text:
Kaeya looked down at his phone. He’d had this unfamiliar number saved on his phone for years now, but he’d never bothered calling it. It was very likely that it was no longer in service, but with 62 dollars left in his bank account, he didn’t know what else he could do short of pimping himself out.
Crepus, that was his name. He remembered meeting him and his son a few times when he was a kid, and thinking that it was both strange and somehow comforting that neither of them had mothers. Single fathers attracted each other, he supposed. He also remembered because he’d personally given him this number at the funeral. He’d never seen Crepus since then, but all that mattered now was that this man might be able to help him. He pressed ‘call’ before he could stop himself. The phone rang on for a while before someone finally answered.
“Hello? To whom do I owe the pleasure?”
Kaeya took a deep breath. The scruffy voice and the formal tone were the same as he remembered.
“Hello, this is Kaeya Alberich. Do you remember me?” The line went silent for a few seconds, and Kaeya wondered if he hung up.
“Of course. How can I help you?” When Crepus finally spoke again, his voice was much softer.
“I’m…” I’m in desperate need of money. He wasn’t that shameless. “I’m looking for a job. I was wondering i-if you could help me find one.”
“I see. You’re a college student now, correct?”
“Yes.”
The line went quiet again, but this time Kaeya could hear Crepus talking to someone on the other end.
“Sorry about that. Anyways, it just so happens that I’m looking for someone to take care of Diluc. He’s a mature kid and can take care of himself, but I want someone who can be a nanny or companion of sorts since I’m away for work most of the time. Oh, and you could also tutor him a few times a week. If you’re still in Mondstadt, you can live at our house while you’re working. I’ll pay well, obviously.”
Kaeya nearly dropped his phone. It was too good. If he didn’t know that he and his father had been best friends, he would think that he was getting scammed.
“Thank you, sir! Thank you so much!” Crepus chuckled from the other end.
“Of course. I’m glad you seem to be doing well. I’m still working, so I’ll text you the details later. It was nice to hear from you, Kaeya.” Before Kaeya could respond, the line was cut off.
He let out a long sigh and sat back in his chair. It would only take a few days at most to wrap things up; it was spring break and he was about to be evicted anyway.
That night, Kaeya popped open the bottle of grocery store wine he’d be saving and washed it down with leftover fast food. Soon enough, he’d start eating like a king.
Kaeya was surprised when he saw Diluc, if only because he recognized him. He’d volunteered at some posh private school’s tutoring program for a work-study, but he’d eventually quit because it was too far. He remembered helping this boy out a few times but hadn’t connected the dots.
The boy wore an old-fashioned sailor suit and knee-length shorts. His long red hair was tied back in a low ponytail, and Kaeya briefly wondered if he was a child actor or something because of his pretty face. When Diluc recognized him, his face brightened.
“Kaeya! Long time no see!”
“Y-yeah!” Kaeya tried to reciprocate his enthusiasm, but wasn’t sure if he succeeded. “I, uh. Sorry I quit all of a sudden.” He didn’t know why, but he felt the sudden need to apologize.
“That’s okay!” Diluc replied cheerfully. “You’re here now. Papa said you’re really smart and that you’ll take care of me.” Kaeya laughed.
“Well, why wouldn’t I?” Diluc giggled.
“Come in, come in!” Diluc stepped aside from the doorway and gestured for him to come inside. “You came at a good time. I was stuck on my precalculus homework.”
“Precalc? Aren’t you in middle school?”
“Yup!”
Ah. Right. He was a rich kid.
Kaeya hefted his two suitcases inside, looking around the entrance. Already, the house was fancier than he was comfortable with. A long carpet across the hall, an expensive-looking vase, spiraling columns that almost seemed unnecessary. Diluc led him into the kitchen, talking all the while about precalculus and everything else that came into his mind.
“That’s my schedule.” Diluc stopped and pointed to a paper stuck on the fridge, a surprisingly normal detail in their fancy gothic house. “I heard you go to school downtown, so it would be nice if you came home around the afternoon—say, around 2pm—on Mondays and Wednesdays. I have lessons after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and at-home lessons on Friday nights. I also have ballet classes at school on Saturday, but I usually take the bus. But Papa said you can drive me if needed.” Diluc pointed to each slot on the schedule, explaining each one. Kaeya nodded along, keeping a mental note. He was lucky that his own classes and clubs didn’t overlap with Diluc’s schedule.
Despite his chatter, Diluc didn’t seem to say much about himself. It’s strange, Kaeya thought, that a young boy like him doesn’t have any interest in videogames or TV shows. He talked about each lesson, coach, and teacher in great detail but said close to nothing about himself.
He was cute though. He reminded Kaeya of a young puppy when his ponytail waved in excitement, and Kaeya found himself warming up to the boy. It had been about a year since he’d left his old job, and he’d forgotten how bright the little boy was. He stopped in front of Kaeya’s new room.
“Well, that’s all! I’ll leave you to get settled.” Kaeya smiled and reached down to ruffle his hair. Diluc looked up at him, a strange look in his eyes.
“Is something wrong?”
“N-nothing.” Diluc’s cheeks flushed ever so slightly and he turned away. “Y-you can come to my room when you’re ready!”
As Kaeya watched him leave, he felt his own face warm. The boy was so naively innocent. With his shy demeanor and the way he spoke, it almost seemed like he was flirting.
Kaeya didn’t have much to unpack, so he decided that he’d leave most of it for later. Besides, he felt like he needed to make a good impression on his first day of work. Strangely nervous, he cleared his throat and rapped lightly on Diluc’s door.
“Come in!” The boy was sitting at a large desk, swinging his legs. He waved and patted the chair next to him.
“Working hard, I see,” Kaeya said with a smile. Diluc nodded, looking back to his worksheet.
“I’m not quite sure I understand the formula for limits…”
“Let me see.” Kaeya leaned over him, trying to look at the problems on his worksheet. Diluc stiffened a bit when his long hair brushed against his shoulder. Kaeya didn’t notice. “What part do you not understand?”
“T-the, um, well…”
“Oh, sorry.” Kaeya realized that he might have been crowding him too much and sat back. He was muscular and tall, and intimidated even adults. “Sorry if I made you uncomfortable.”
“No!” Diluc quickly said. Kaeya raised an eyebrow. “I-I mean, you don’t make me uncomfortable.” He quickly shut the textbook. “It’s your first day, so you should take it easy. This isn’t due until the end of the week.” His face was as red as his hair, and he wouldn’t meet Kaeya’s eyes.
So that’s what was going on. How cute.
Kaeya smiled and patted his head again, and Diluc shrunk even more.
“Thanks for looking out for me, Luc. How about we watch a movie or something?”
Diluc nodded vigorously and sprang up from his seat. Kaeya tried not to smile. The boy led him down to the living room, and though there was an assortment of seats, he sat on the same sofa as Kaeya.
Like a puppy.
Neither of them knew much about movies, as it turned out, so Kaeya put on some random romcom he’d heard was popular a while ago. Diluc kept his eyes glued to the screen, but Kaeya didn’t get the feeling that he was paying much attention. When he shifted a bit so he sat a bit closer, Diluc visibly tensed. Diluc wasn’t like a puppy, Kaeya decided. He was more like a baby fawn. He was curious and blind to danger, but his body still reacted to something that may be a threat.
Kaeya zoned out for a while, scrolling through his phone and checking his emails. When he looked back up, the characters on screen were half-naked. He quickly looked at Diluc, but the boy was still staring at the screen, entranced.
Kaeya cleared his throat and skipped ahead, but the damage was done. He cleared his throat and shut it off instead.
“Aren’t you hungry? How about I start making dinner?”
“I’m not hungry yet,” Diluc muttered. He looked up at Kaeya with wide eyes. “Kaeya, why were they kissing? At school, they told us we’re not supposed to kiss.”
Kaeya nearly choked on the air. “Well, uh, it’s something adults do.”
Diluc wrinkled his nose. “Isn’t it a little gross with all the spit and stuff?”
“Well, uh...when you do it with someone you like a lot, it feels good.”
“Then can I kiss you?”
Now it was Kaeya’s turn to blush. He almost felt like Diluc was doing it on purpose, but the boy truly didn’t know better. Kaeya felt a growing heat in his pants and cleared his throat.
“Well, I suppose...but you always have to make sure to get permission from the other person before you kiss them.”
“Is that a yes then?”
“Uh...sure.”
It was ok, right? After all, Diluc was the one that was initiating it. Kaeya couldn’t hold back when the boy was so eager to learn. He was simply giving Diluc what he was asking for.
Diluc crawled over to Kaeya’s side of the couch, his hands sinking into the plush cushion as his bare elbow brushed against his knee. He looked determined, if a bit nervous. Kaeya gave him what he hoped was an encouraging smile, and Diluc tilted his head up so their lips could meet.
It took Diluc a few tries to get their mouths to lock; he kept brushing against Kaeya’s nose or the corner of his lips. Kaeya smiled when the boy finally got it right and pecked his lips. Diluc pulled back and wiped his mouth
“Hm, that didn’t feel very good. Am I doing something wrong?”
“Not necessarily. You just need to go a bit deeper. Let me show you.”
Diluc nodded eagerly and tilted his head back again. Kaeya took the boy’s chin in his hands (gods, he was tiny) and stroked his cheek with his thumb. Diluc shivered, and he started to grow pink.
“When I kiss you, you have to part your lips a bit. Real adults do it with their tongue.”
“That’s a little gross.”
“But it feels good. You’ll see.”
Kaeya leaned forward and kissed the boy, using his other hand to stroke his hair and brush against the back of his neck. Diluc whined softly against him, his lips parting to let him in. Kaeya was as gentle as possible, holding him like a fragile doll. Diluc let out another groan as he slipped his tongue in and scraped his teeth against the boy’s bottom lip. Wet, lewd noises filled the air, mingling with their quickening breaths.
Diluc finally nudged himself back, breathing hard.
“See, doesn’t that feel good?”
He nodded, face red and lips swollen. “I-I feel a little hot though.”
“That’s normal, don’t worry.” Kaeya stroked Diluc’s cheek with his knuckle. “You did great.”
“I did?” Diluc perked up, grinning. “Can we do it again next time?”
“Of course.” Kaeya patted his head and got up, trying to shield his erection from view. “We should work on your homework now.”
“Okay!”
Diluc led Kaeya to his room, humming to himself, and that’s when Kaeya realized what he had done. He felt a chill seeping into his chest, but he pushed it back. As long as Diluc didn’t tell anyone, it would be ok. Besides, he obviously enjoyed it (a little too much, in fact).
Diluc swung his legs in his chair, flipping through his textbook.
“This is the part I didn’t understand. The formula’s a little confusing.”
Kaeya sat down, scooting against the desk so that Diluc wouldn’t notice the tightness in his pants.
“Limits?”
“Yeah.”
Kaeya read over the textbook, comparing it to the problems Diluc had on his worksheet.
“Well, if you look at sin of x…”
He was rusty, but managed to recall the important parts. Diluc’s face brightened as he started to understand.
“Oh! So for this one, it would be nonexistent.”
“Exactly. Good job.” He smiled and patted the boy’s head. Diluc’s shoulders tensed and he tried to suppress a giggle.
Diluc was quick to catch on, barely needing any more explanations before he finished the worksheet. He let out a satisfied sigh as Kaeya nodded in approval, checking his answers.
“You’re a bright kid, Diluc.” Kaeya patted his head again. “You know, I didn’t learn any of this until high school.” Diluc grinned.
“I still have a lot to learn though! I still don’t know about, um, you know, adult things.”
Is that an invitation?
Kaeya leaned in a bit, an unreadable smile on his lips.
“I can teach you.”
“Can you?” Diluc seemed genuinely excited. Kaeya silently thanked whatever god was up there that he was the only one that got to see Diluc like this. He didn’t know what he would do if some other sick fucker defiled his boy.
“Of course. How about we go to your bed? It’s more comfortable.”
Diluc skipped over, practically bouncing in excitement. He was about to say something before he frowned slightly.
“Is this really ok though? Papa told me that boys shouldn’t kiss boys.”
Ah. “Well, it doesn’t really count. He probably said that when you were younger, but you’re old enough to learn this, aren’t you?”
Diluc nodded hard and shifted on his mattress, kneeling with his legs spread. He’s so naturally slutty.
Kaeya leaned forward so their noses brushed, and this time Diluc took the lead, trying to mimic what Kaeya had done earlier. He placed his small hand on the crook of his neck and shoulder, clumsily trying to move his tongue. He was panting in a matter of seconds, and pulled away, face flushed.
“D-did I do it right?”
“You’re doing great, Luc.” The boy perked up at the praise and leaned in to kiss him again.
“I feel weird,” he confessed as he pulled away again. “I feel hot, but not like I’m sick. It’s a little similar, but different.”
Bingo.
“Do you want me to help you?” Diluc tilted his head.
“What do you mean?”
“Well, do you remember what they did in the movie? We can do more than kissing.” Diluc’s eyebrows furrowed, trying to recall what he’d learned.
“A-are you talking about…” He looked around nervously, even though they were alone in the house. He leaned in to whisper in Kaeya’s ear. “Sex?”
Gods, Kaeya wanted to take him right then and there. Imagining the touch of Diluc’s soft skin under his fingers and his high-pitched moans made him erect again.
“Not exactly. Sex is for girls and boys, remember? It’s different with boys.”
Diluc nodded thoughtfully, as if it made perfect sense. “I see. Because boys can’t have babies.”
Kaeya smiled. “Exactly.” He tugged off his shirt and left his pants off. Diluc’s face reddened even more, spreading to the ends of his ears. He covered his face, but Kaeya could tell that he was peeking through.
“C-can I touch…?” He whispered, finally pulling his hands away. He stared at Kaeya’s bare chest, trailed down to his crotch, and then snapped back up.
“You can. Remember when I said you have to ask before you do things?”
Diluc nodded, only half listening. He traced his hand over Kaeya’s chest, brushing against his nipples and poking his abdomen.
“Does touching feel good?”
“It can, if you do it right. Don’t you feel hotter after touching me?”
Diluc didn’t respond, too embarrassed. He couldn’t look Kaeya in the eye, so he settled on the growing bulge in his pants.
“Um, is your, um…”
“My cock?” Diluc coughed, startled by the word.
“Um, yeah! Does it hurt? I don’t think it’s supposed to be that big…”
Kaeya’s grin grew wider. “It hurts a little, but I think you can help?”
Diluc looked genuinely concerned, and Kaeya gestured him over. He gently tugged the boy closer so that he sat on his lap. His cock twitched under Diluc’s ass, and he flinched.
“This feels a little weird.”
“It does at first, but it’s gonna feel good soon. Rubbing it might help.”
Diluc looked down at Kaeya’s crotch and hesitantly unzipped his pants. His own dick had also hardened, but Kaeya wasn’t sure the boy had noticed. He grabbed his erection, and Diluc yelped.
“Does it hurt?”
“N-no, but—
“Shh, I promised you that it would feel good. You trust me, don’t you?”
Diluc nodded vigorously, his eyes starting to water. “I-I don’t want you to hurt.”
“Thank you.”
Diluc managed to pull Kaeya’s pants and boxers down, and his large cock brushed against his stomach. He seemed almost fascinated, poking it experimentally.
“It’s not supposed to be up, right? Papa said that it goes away if you wait.”
“Actually, it stands up when you see someone you like very much. Which is why you’re also hard, Diluc.” Kaeya rubbed the boy through his pants with his thumb as his hand rested on his thigh. He whimpered, obviously uncomfortable, but Kaeya could see that discomfort was quickly turning into pleasure.
The boy didn’t protest as he pulled his pants and boxers down. His little cocklet was already leaking precum, and Kaeya swore under his breath. Diluc seemed alarmed by his profanity, but he didn’t say anything.
“Come closer, Luc,” Kaeya breathed, pulling him against his chest. He wrapped his hand around their cocks and started stroking. Diluc whined and twitched under his touch, eyes rolling from the sudden sensation.
“Papa said—hh,—I-I’m not supposed to touch there—ah!” He arched his back as he came over Kaeya’s hand, and his eyes went wide. “I-I’m sorry! I got you dirty!”
“It’s okay, Diluc,” Kaeya said, examining the fluid on his fingers. He hummed in approval. He hadn’t expected the boy to cum so fast, but he didn’t dislike it. “Your dad is wrong about some things. Open your mouth.”
Diluc obeyed before he could process what Kaeya was gonna do. He choked as fingers intruded his mouth, covering his tongue with a bittersweet taste.
“Suck.”
“Mm.” Diluc’s moans were muffled as he licked away his own cum. He was a little confused, but he assumed that was how Kaeya wanted him to clean him.
“That felt good, didn’t it?” Diluc wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and nodded. He was still trying to catch his breath. “Now it’s your turn to make me feel good.”
“How do I do that?”
Kaeya picked Diluc up by his armpits, turning him around so that the boy’s back was facing him. They faced a mirror against his wall, and Diluc reddened.
“Do what I just did. Rub our cocks together.”
Diluc didn’t reply, but he reached down. He was still sensitive from his climax, so he focused on the other. His hands were so small they could barely wrap around Kaeya’s cock.
“Mm, good...focus on the tip.” Kaeya stared at him through the mirror, his chest growing hot at the lewd display. Diluc shivered whenever he felt his hot breath against his neck. A ringing in his ears had started to overtake the wet sounds of his touch. Kaeya started to stroke and squeeze Diluc’s soft thighs, and the boy occasionally let out a light moan. He touched his chin, making the boy look up.
“Look, Luc. That’s us.”
Diluc paused to stare at the unfamiliar sight. His sailor shirt was wrinkled, the bottom stained white. Kaeya felt his little cocklet twitch against him, and he thrusted lightly.
“Doesn’t it feel good to see what you’re doing?”
“...Y-yes.”
Diluc was entranced by their reflections, catching his breath. He started to stroke again, harder and more eagerly, his cries growing louder. His body started to grow limp from the pleasure, and Kaeya helped him by putting his hand over his.
“You’re doing so good, keep going…” Diluc writhed against his chest, tears glinting against his cheek. He’d started to sob from the overwhelming sensations.
“Ah, I-I—Kaeya—
They came together, their voices intertwining as their fluids mixed together. Kaeya’s sight went momentarily white, and he realized he’d fallen back on the bed. He wondered for a moment if Diluc had passed out because he was unmoving, but he twitched a few times from the aftershocks of the climax.
“Next time,” Kaeya muttered, trying to catch his breath, “I’ll show you something even better.”
