After a large number of improbable events, a time paradox ends up merging two different places together. Doofenshmirtz teams up with Hawkmoth whether Gabriel wants him to or not. A lot had changed in Paris in such little time: butterflies terrorize innocent civilians, superheroes roam the streets, and the language barrier has magically disappeared—how convenient! With Doof on the loose causing mayhem in Paris, O.W.C.A sends Perry out to stop him, but as he’s only got partial jurisdiction there, he is forced to enlist the help of two underaged superheroes to help him fight his nemesis. Though not perfectly ideal, things were going pretty well, but there is one thing that nobody accounted for.
