Summary
“I may not know a lot of things about you, but I do I know that I don’t want you.” Jaemin grumbles.
There is a glint in Jeno’s eye that puts Jaemin on edge, but it’s gone just as quickly as it appears.
“You may say that you do not want me,” Jeno continues undeterred, “But you never know who may end up being considered as a suitor for you in the future.”
Na Jaemin is the infamous ice prince of the kingdom of Daltokki and has turned down every single suitor his father has thrown at him. Until one day, he's not only run out of suitors but out of luck - because his father has taken it upon himself to choose who will be Jaemin's future husband.
Unfortunately for Jaemin, his father chooses the one man that has been a thorn in his side ever since they were children, Lord Lee Jeno, Viscount of the Noble Lee Family.

Summary
Either way, it explained what Jaemin was doing at the bar today - what he was doing in Seoul. Of course he would be in the team that was collaborating with his company for their new project. Of course he and Jeno were team leaders. The universe and its twisted ways were predictable in their unpredictability, if not woefully fucked up and completely ignorant of the trials of Jeno and his poor old heart.
Or, Jaemin comes to the city. Jeno struggles. -

"It was lonely," Jeno says honestly. "And I didn't realize how lonely it was until now. I didn't realize how small my world was until I stepped outside of it."
"It can be lonely out here too," Jaemin comments mildly.
And again, Jeno knocks the breath out of Jaemin when he says, without hesitation, "I haven't felt lonely since I met you."
Jaemin opens himself up a little more, hoping Jeno doesn't hear the way his voice shakes when he replies, "Yeah. Me either."

Reckless decisions lead to Jaemin leaving the first party he's ever attended with Jeno, a boy he's never met before, while completely unaware of the fact that this boy was a vampire and that he is supposed to be his prey.
Key words: supposed to, since his blood is — allegedly — nasty, and the worst thing Jeno has ever tasted in his entire life. But who is Na Jaemin if not a stubborn, hard headed, narcissistic, son of a bitch that will do whatever it takes to prove to this excuse of a vampire that there’s not a single cell in his body that isn’t perfect.
