This is an update from yours truly letting readers know that, though it has been years, I have not abandoned this story. It is, though, on a hiatus as I will be working on, well, re-working it. My focus and writing style has changed over the years and I feel it needs a little something else to it.
That said, I will be also re-assessing the rating for this fic. It may still be listed as Mature, but that would be for darker concepts and topics in the fic. One thing I know for sure is that there will be no explicit sexual content written in this fic. Some might be upset by this, as many fics of this type do delve into such scenes, and I had originally intended to do so. My heart just isn't in it. I myself, the writer, and asexual and it is honestly not a driving force for me and my writing.
Once I have re-worked my chapters and written the next one I will then update all previous chapters and post a new chapter, at which time I will let you know what has been re-worked so you can re-read.
