I was trying to finish my breakfast but they kept staring at me in anticipation. "Girls, let me finish eating" I pleaded. "Not until you tell us everything. You and Cedric seem very happy for someone who got an extensive boring punishment..." Susan winked at me.
By then I clearly had lost my appetite "well it was a very interesting punishment " I look at the my half eaten food "I will tell you all about it in a less crowded room."
As if on queue Cedric walks through the great hall doors. He comes to sit beside us. "How are we doing this lovely morning?" and he put his arm around my shoulder. I blush. I don't need to look up to know Susan and Hannah have expressions of shock and delight on their faces. Cedric answers them "Well you two can have you deep displays of affection in the common room. I figured we could too" he slides his and from my shoulder to my waist and pushes us together gently. I finally find the words and open my mouth "but this is not the common room...." As answer he kisses me on the cheek.
The shade of red on my face were trying to compete with the Gryffindor flag. He saw it and put his hand away, then tried to change the subject "Girls, I think we should go on a double date". Hannah was halfway through her tea and choked on it. "You are a very .... Intriguing person Mr. Diggory" she said in a mocking voice. Susan continued " the three broomsticks might be our best option but you have to tell us a few secrets." she winked.
Cedric looked confused " I don't have any secrets." He looked at them expecting an explanation. They pretended not to notice. "This weekend we're allowed to go to Hogsmeade."He whispered "They say warm butterbeer hits harder"
Susan laughed "For a prefect you sure are a bad boy Diggory" Cedric looked down, studying the wood grain in the table "Almost stopped being one actually"
I didn't like this tension so I changed the subject. "Well we should probably get to class" I brush his hair with my hand turn is face towards me give him a peck on the lips. I try to keep from blushing as I looked at his pink face a shocked expression.
{Time skips to the weekend}
Susan and I wake up early to exchange outfit ideas. "You should wear my blue jumper. It will go nicely with that jacket you always wear" I looked around for something to give her " How about you take my maroon scarf. It'll look good with your green pullover" she bowed as she picked up the scarf from the end of my bed and started walking to the bathroom. I followed "Do you have some lipstick I can borrow? I don't want to look completely frozen." She excitedly looked into her bag " Maybe mix this two shades to get a red-ish nude..." I put it on " what do you think?" She nodded happily " Very good, now let's go get them"
We walked to the common room some Hufflepuffs were already out and about. We ran towards Cedric " Up early are we Diggory?!" Susan said laughing. "Is that cologne?" He blushed a little "Yap.." he looks adorable with is grey knitted pullover and navy blue pants. Overcoat in hand ready for the brutal cold outside.
We waited for Hannah for a few moments. She showed up, looking ready for Yule celebrations. Her pigtails low so she could style her Yule beanie, Red sweater with snowflakes and enchanted gloves hanging around her neck that shifted colors. Cedric spoke first "What a festive look you got." Susan continued “My love, you ought to know that it’s almost February” She laughed "let's hurry to get the best seats"
{ In the three brooms sticks}
"Good thing we got here early" I said as we all set down "I suggest we have food before the butterbeer" We choose the food then Hannah and Susan went to ask for it at the counter.
Cedric held my still cold hand and spoke low. "So I was thinking we could go this little place I found. They have..." he kissed my cheek to say as a whisper next to my year " they have private rooms." I could feel is warm breath on my ear . I tried to look as calm and collected as possible when I kissed his nose "sounds good" I move my hand to rest on top of his thigh as Susan and Hannah came back with the food. "I ordered two beers for each of us" Susan winked.
We thank them and started eating. When starting our second round of butterbeer Hannah announced "I thought it would be a great idea for us to switch and go buy presents for each other" she took a sip "I go with y/n and Cedric and Susan go together. Sound fair?!"
Cedric took a big gulp of his drink "would that be right after the drinks... I do have something planed with y/n after lunch" I was going's to remove my hand from his thigh but he kept pushing it gently upwards and I choked.
"Not to worry you can have all the time you need for your love after we get the gifts" Hannah finish her beer quickly. " I need to go to the restroom" In the meantime we discuss all possibilities for her gifts since she wasn't around. But to much time had passed "I'll go check on her" Susan said as she got up.
It dawned on me that it was just me and Cedric and I still had my hand, too near to his crotch area. I took my hand out. He looked a bit surprised, as put my other hand under his shirt to rest in his belly. "It's cold isn't it?" I asked and kissed his on the cheek. He got flustered "No it's just that... seems I have to get those gifts rather quickly" he stroked my cheek and smiled a mischievous smile "so we can have more time for ourselves" I giggled " So how'd you find the place ?" He pulled me closer to kiss the sensitive spot below my ear " I did some research" he said exhaling exactly where it would make me tense. At that moment I could only think about my head between his legs. My thoughts were interrupted by the girls arrivals, pretending very well they didn't just witness what they did. We pulled away, as they set down "tab is paid my love birds" Cedric looked at Abbott for a long time then pretended to be confused "You sweater is the *cough* inside out *cough*" we all nervously laugh knowing what Hannah and Susan got in to.
Susan herself deflected "we should get going"

When I arrived Cedric was already at the door waiting for me. He didn't seem bothered by the gift bags he was carrying. I rush to kiss him on the cheek and we walked in. It was a pretty place very much what you could expect from an Hogsmeade inn, decorated for the upcoming valentine festivities. He went to get the key from the front desk and followed him. On the ground floor was your usual reception, bar and lounge area. The first floor, where we were going up the stares, furthest away from the main entrance, the bedrooms and restrooms as expected, which formed a U shape starting at the top of the stairs and ending in a small lounge reading corner. Cedric picked up a book from the furthest shelve a drop the keep inside. Then put the book in place. The shelves started moving away from the wall and we were faced with a flimsy wooden door. He open the for and bowed me to enter.
The room was simple. Deep green wallpaper with generic picture of Hogsmeade hanged on the wall. Only to light fixtures at opposite ends, an L shaped couch against the wall, a small coffee table and two ottomans. "I know it's not exactly luxurious but —" I kissed him passionately. He pulled away "Mighty disrespectful to interrupt someone when they're talking" he started to put his hands under my clothes to take them off "guess some needs a punishment to learn a few manners" he helped me take of my clothes, since there was so many layers, and I helped him too. As soon as I got the chance I started licking his neck making my way to his ear. Cedric kept kissing my body even though he was exhausted. I pulled him away and cuddled him instead. Put my mouth between his neck and his shoulder "Rest for a bit…" I combed his hair with my hand. "How can rest. I have been waiting to that for months" he realized he said it out loud and blushed so much I could feel the heat. "Months you say?" I bit his earlobe softly "Care to elaborate on that?" He turned to face me but he didn't look me in the eyes "All summer. I couldn't think of anything else. Just us, like this" he started circling my nipple with his thumb. "Remember when we all went swimming on that boat trip, earlier last year?" I laughed " Ya. When we taught you how to swim on your back" he looked embarrassed so I stopped laughing and got serious "What about it?" He finally looked in my eyes "That was when I knew I was falling in love with you" we kissed and he sighed like a heavy weight was lifted on his shoulders and fell a sleep.
{time skip and Cedric POV}
I held y/n's hand as walk inside the Hogwarts main building. They seemed happy but I couldn't help but think I was to blunt and brute. I basically forced them. "I am so sorry" I said as I stopped " I should've ask. I shouldn't assume you would just go along with it" they hugged me and kissed me in the cheek.

He is too thoughtful at times. It was nice not having him ask every five seconds for consent. "I love that you didn't ask. Besides if I didn't want to I would've told you so" I held his and again and guided him to the common room.
I missed the warmth of the common room and how the enchanted sunlight windows always made it feel like a calm spring afternoon. We ran to our respective dorms to hid the presents. I was hoping the girls would show up in the common room eventually, but I didn't see them, so I sat with Cedric and we talked has if hadn't had that "intimate moment" about an hour ago. We talked about quidditch and unfair it was that we would never have a rematch and about which magic flavors beans flavors would make not so bad tasting biscuits.
Hannah finally showed up "Sorry for the delay....We were working on the finishing touches" and she hugged us.
Susan sprinted into de room a few seconds later "What are my 3 favorite people talking about?"
I laughed "About how cool you are"
"I know," she tossed her hair back "what would you do without me"
Cedric looked a bit quite "Sorry to ruin our beautiful moment but I still have practice" he stood and picked up his coat. Hannah tried to stop him "Who as quidditch practice on a Sunday, Diggory?" He came to kiss me on the temple and said "Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws" and ran out.
They waited until he was out and waited a bit longer just to make sure he wouldn't came back. "INTERROGATION TIME!!!!" Screamed Susan.
"Merlin! Susan why is your thing screaming?" I cleaned my hear "You bound to wake up the mute screaming like that"
Hannah continues in a mocking courtroom voice "Irrelevant, your honor! The hight of decibels doesn't negate the fact that the accused has been involved in" she winks at me an roll my eyes " rather lustful activities"
"Okay fiiiiine. But can we go to the dorm at least it's quieter" we rise from the little wooden table we were sitting around and got to the dormitory. We sat on the side of the of Susan's bed. Each of them on ether side, squeezing me in the middle. "So we met at the inn and the was hidden lounge room behind the bookcase... " they keep staring at me "had good lighting you know" Susan shook my arm " Fast forward to the best parts pleeeeeeease" I sighed "why do you want to know about our sex life so much?!" They stud up . Susan signed " We had a personal bet going on and ... I lost" Hannah was doing a victory dance at this point "I woooon. you loooost" Susan opened her bedside trunk "just take it" Hannah was giggling with excitement and took out an big cardboard box. She walked to her bed and hid it.
"Okay I have so many questions... what's in the box? What kinda bet was that?" Hannah talked with a bad impression of a radio host "Miss Susan Loser Bones care to explain to our guest our bet" Susan turned 40 different shades of red "I said you twos wouldn't have sex before us. We're were moving so fast " she gestured to hold Hannah's hand "I thought we would be first" The only thing I can think of is [these girls are insane. Betting on our sex lives...] I pet Susan on the head "So what did you lose?" She hugged me to hide her face "I have these erotic novels I read by this muggle writer. She stopped writing them but I wanted more so basically wrote more and inserted myself into the story." She pulled away and laid on her back "It's embarrassing but I promised she could read it all and keep it if she won." I looked at Hannah "what did you bet?" She straightened her clothes " I promised Susan she could have me, no restrictions, one weekend out of the month.” I sighed “So you only think about sex? You girls are crazy.” Hannah laughed “It not just sex,” she pretended to be offended “we talk about food and skin care too. After-care is very important when you finish a very demanding activity” Abbott kissed Susan on the cheek. I could hear her whisper “would you like to act out what’s in the books?”. I was extremely uncomfortable at the thought of my friends like that. “Well you girls look busy…. I’m going to go get some fresh air.
I love displaying affection as much as the next person but good Merlin that was to much.
I walked away from the castle and realized I was slowly walking to the Quidditch Pit without the intention to go there. A few trees were in full bloom and under one of them I spotted Cho kissing Eddie on the cheek. I was extremely confused, could it be that she was cheating on Harry? Or was she was the one to lied to Eddie? I believe Eddie saw my glancing in their direction. I pretended I didn’t see a thing.
When I eventually reached the pit practice seemed to be almost over so I waited outside. Eventually the team started to came out in groups of 3 and 5. A second year Hufflepuff almost screamed “Hey y/n! Cedric is still changing.” I was going to protest and say I wasn’t waiting for him but instead I said “How was practice today? You guys seem… good.” He looked confused “I still get hit with bludgers a lot but other than that it was nice” I smiled “cool.” He looks back to the door under the stands “There you have him” Cedric was walking out with the keeper Herbert Fleet and soon future seeker Dylan Summerby. Herbert gave Dylan the queue to leave “Have a nice on Captain! We should get going”
Cedric approached me why his hand is his pockets. “ I wasn’t expecting to see you here” he seemed so shy for no reason. Did I interrupt an important quidditch conversation. “Sorry… I didn’t mean to interrupt; it’s just that Susan and Hannah got a bit too affectionate and…“ Cedric kissed my cheek “You missed me?” He teased “Jokes aside, I did feel an intense discomfort about half an hour ago. Can I have the details on that?” I explained to him the bet and also added my suspicions on Cho. That beautiful head took some time to think about all of it. “ I doubt Cho would do that to Harry. She seems genuinely in love with him when she comes to see him at practice. What motive would she have to hurt you?” I felt bad for accusing her “Sorry I should’ve thought about it more” Cedric kissed my forehead “Anyway… I totally see Susan betting on tha kind of stuff but Hannah…” He stoped and looked around to make sure nobody could hear “I know Susan as high libido but Hannah seems so shy about that sort of stuff” At this point I feel like slapping him. I put his face in my hands so that he can look away from me. “Cedric Amos Diggory, have you been talking about our sex life with any of our friends?” He diverted the situation by picking me up and spinning me around. “No, my love. I don’t give details. I just say stuff like we were together . If people take that in a sexual way it they’re problem”
