Chapter 2: Notice!!
Summary:
This is for all the people interested in the Rugby verse story ;)
Notes:
It is rugby tradition, before a match, to do a sort of intimidating dance in front of the other team. It's hilarious to watch.
A Try is when a player sprints up the pitch and places the rugby ball on the opponent's end of the pitch. The ball has to hit the ground, or else you don't get points. In Rugby Union, a Try is worth 5 points.
After a Try, the scoring team gets a conversion, where a selected player will try to hit the ball from the spot where they scored the Try. They have to hit the ball between the two giant posts. If they do, they score 3 points.I think it's usually called a conversion?
In rugby, you can only pass backwards, and if you drop the ball it goes to the other team. You can kick the ball forwards though.Hope it helps! :)
